A milestone achievement in Safety

Safety is the core value of CRT Group and it is for this reason that we have the vision ´to be world class in safety´ and have a goal of ZERO injuries.

As a business we have made safety non-negotiable in all of our dealings, to ensure that our customers and staff remain safe.

In our quest to eliminate injuries from our workplace, CRT Group has operated for the last 12 months without a Lost Time Injury (LTI).  This milestone was passed on 1 march 2009 and is a reflection that every member of our team has the belief, that not only are all injuries preventable, but that ´we are all responsible for preventing injuries´.

This is a tremendous result for our business, which has in excess of 300 employees operating across 12 sites nationally.  We have some diverse working environments that include heavy plant equipment and managing the transport and logistics for a diverse customer base.

Over the last 3 years we have worked extremely hard to implement a robust safety plan.  However the journey to ZERO Harm is one which will never end, so we will continue to be vigilant and focus on our goal of ZERO injuries.
